What we collect
When you sign in, our authentication provider gives us an account identifier. We never receive or store your password, your email password, or the private key to any wallet.
If you apply for a launch: your project name, ticker, description, pitch, links, logo and banner, and your answers about team size, experience and willingness to complete identity verification. All of this is written by you and most of it is intended to be public.
A payout address for each chain you use. This is written into the launch contract, so it becomes public and permanent the moment a token goes live.
Your Telegram username and the numeric account ID behind it, once you verify. We need the numeric ID specifically because usernames change and a bot cannot message someone it cannot identify.
A record of every notification we tried to send you: what it was, whether it arrived, and why not if it did not. This exists so that "I never got a message" is a question we can answer.
We do not collect trading activity, because trading does not happen here. We show a project and link out to where it trades.
Who else sees it
Your mentor, once one is interested in your project, sees your application and your launch configuration. That is the point of the product.
The public sees anything on your project page: name, ticker, description, images, links, your mentor, your team allocation and its vesting terms, your chosen fee rate, and the token contract address. Allocation and vesting are shown deliberately and are not optional. An uncapped team allocation is only defensible if it is disclosed.
We use third parties to run the service: an authentication provider, a database and backend host, a web host, an image host, Telegram for messaging, and Doppler’s indexer for market data. Each sees only what it needs to do its job. [ Name each provider here, with a link to its privacy policy. ]
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
Things that cannot be deleted
A launch is a transaction on a public blockchain. Your payout address, your allocation, its vesting schedule and the fee configuration are recorded there permanently, by anyone who cares to look, forever. We cannot remove them and neither can you. This is worth understanding before you launch rather than after.
Group chats created for you on Telegram are hosted by Telegram and governed by their terms, not ours.
Things that can
Your account and the records we hold about you: applications, drafts, notification history, Telegram link. Ask and we will delete them.
You can turn off notifications at any time without deleting anything, and unlink your Telegram account separately.

Security
We never hold your funds and never ask for a private key or seed phrase. Every on-chain action is signed by you. Nobody from GetGoated will ever ask you for a key, a seed phrase, or a wallet signature over Telegram. If someone does, they are not us.
Telegram verification uses a single-use code that expires in fifteen minutes and allows five attempts. The code is only ever shown inside a chat you opened with our bot, which is what makes seeing it proof that the account is yours.
Changes
If this changes materially we will say so on the site rather than quietly updating the date at the bottom.
