There is a list of dozens of projects that ran very hard in the Ai meta of 2020~2021 but like everything else most fadeaway. No project I ever worked with did less than $200k in revenue. Often the product is excellent, but teams have different ideas that more often than ever hurt the project ability to capture mindshare.

Built the product, a no-code token deployer with whitelisting, configurable launch taxes that reduce automatically, max transaction and wallet limits, and trading activation controls. Led most of the marketing and operations strategy and the development team. Grown organically to a $5.4m market cap. Still trading with further large developments in progress.
Pineapple ($PAPPLE). Brought in as Interim COO of a 30-plus person team, project ATH $25m. I owned operations end to end and heavily supported creative and marketing operations: installed the operating model (OKRs to projects to deliverables to tasks), cut project delivery times by 60 to 70%, automated the sales-to-delivery pipeline, and restructured the engineering function to get proper release governance and incident response in place. Still actively building.
AstroX ($ASTROX). Led organic marketing on a next-to-zero budget, education-led rather than hype. Ran all the AMAs and content marketing myself and helped restructure the product roadmap so the build and the marketing amplified each other.
Outside tokens: I co-founded, built and shipped Steddi, a Transport Management System SaaS for the UK delivery sector. I defined the business model, target market, operating model and full technical architecture from the ground up, then directed end-to-end delivery of the multi-application platform: a containerised Express/Prisma backend, four React frontends and CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions. I built it largely through operational discipline, systems thinking and structured AI-assisted development rather than a traditional software engineering team. The driver app is live on the App Store and the business is trading, with the first paying customers onboarded at £400 ($535) a month.
The common thread is that I don't just launch things, I make them operate: measurable targets, real ownership, repeatable process, and growth earned through education and product rather than bought.
My position in Web3 is moving projects from project mentality to business mentality: clear goals, ownership, cadence and systems, so they can execute well past the launch. The marketing and community work I've done sits on top of that operating base, not instead of it.
